About Aatral Aatral is an innovation-driven XR company specializing in immersive training solutions for safety-critical industries. We’re expanding our VR training portfolio focused on crane operations and safety, including cabin-based and EOT cranes. Role Overview We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Product Owner to lead the product lifecycle of our VR crane handling and safety training solution. This role involves close collaboration with SMEs, designers, and developers to define product direction, execute the roadmap, and deliver a high-quality, industry-aligned training experience. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for VR crane training modules. Prioritize features, enhancements, and user stories based on client needs, safety protocols, and market demand. Requirements & Feature Definition Translate business and training objectives into clear product requirements. Collaborate with SMEs to ensure domain accuracy and real-world relevance of crane operation and safety principles. Review & Quality Oversight Review development builds regularly and provide actionable feedback to ensure alignment with training objectives and product quality standards. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with XR developers, instructional designers, QA, and hardware teams. Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Ideal Candidate Profile SME in crane operations (both cabin-based and EOT cranes) with strong understanding of industrial safety practices. Experience in product ownership or product management roles, preferably within software, XR, or training products. Familiarity with VR training workflows and immersive user experience design is an advantage. Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing priorities in a full-time role.
