Product Owner

Skills required:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in an Enterprise Software environment
• Experience defining and delivering LLM-powered product features such as copilots, retrieval-augmented chat, or backend agents.
• Able to translate complex ML/AI models into practical, testable, and user-facing experiences.
• Experience collaborating with AI/LLM/Prompt Engineers or understanding of prompt versioning best practices.
• Exposure to real-time inference, observability, or AI ethics in enterprise contexts.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and backlog management
• Proven ability to write/refine features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Skilled in using tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or equivalent
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to break down technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
• Ability to interact with executives and senior management in customer accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Understanding of enterprise user workflows in areas like reconciliation, reporting, and/or close automation
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
• Accounting or finance knowledge.
