Product Owner

1. As a Product Owner, you will:
2. Drive and create customer Experiences.
3. Lead scrum team/s as product owner
4. Actively communicate across all scrum teams and stakeholders
5. Maintain team backlog and prioritize including requirements elicitation and specification
6. Participate and contribute to the overall planning
7. Define the product philosophy together with the stakeholders
8. Definition of features and the realization of them with your team

Knowledge and Skills:

• You are future-oriented, visionary, and open to new ideas
• You have experience with software automation, and cloud applications
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes would be a plus
• You have experience as Product Owner in an agile environment (Scrum, SAFe)
• You have experience in Backlog Maintenance, Refinement, Estimation, Epics, Velocity
• You have experience from the perspective of Producer or other cloud platforms
• You inspire the team and take them on a journey

• Education and Experience

• Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• You hold a bachelor s or Master s degree in IT / engineering or similar field and bring first cross-functional experience in software and/or automation business
• You already worked with digital products and solutions including cloud and app offerings
• You are characterized by a high level of communication readiness, analytical skills, team orientation, resilience, and social competence
• Expected work experience is more than 5 years
• Willing to work in flexible hours to co-ordinate with our regional counterparts mainly from CANADA, US, UK, ANZ
