Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, QA, and Business Stakeholders to elicit and define clear business needs.
• Document user needs through

• Drive

  requirement workshops

  , conduct stakeholder interviews, and lead cross-functional sessions to clarify and prioritize features.
• Conduct

  market trend studies

  to inform product strategy.
• Maintain structured documentation using tools like

  Confluence

  JIRA

  Figma

  Lucidchart

  , etc.
• Validate the implementation by participating in

  UAT

  and ensure the delivered features meet business expectations.
• Actively contribute to

  product backlog grooming

  , release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Develop domain knowledge around HR Tech, Workforce Management, and associated regulatory or compliance needs.
• Demonstrate a mindset of continuous improvement and outcome ownership.
