Product Owner (P&C Insurance Domain)

As a Product Owner at a reputed IT MNC in Gurgaon/Noida, your role will involve staying aligned with and contributing to the product vision, roadmaps, and priorities. You will work closely with stakeholders (customers, partners, consulting, support) to understand product needs and translate them into actionable user stories. It is essential for you to serve as a product evangelist, especially with Product Managers and Business teams, to help them comprehend the best practices of utilizing the platform. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to and develop documentation for new features, which includes user interface mock-ups, process flowcharts, data sequence diagrams, and release notes. - Lead sprint ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives. - Collaborate with teams to review output during sprints, answer questions about desired functionality/outcomes, lead sprint reviews, and product demos. - Ensure the team has the appropriate number of stories in the backlog prepared for sprint planning by conducting backlog refinement and monitoring ready stories vs. velocity. - Manage the product backlog in ALM tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, etc. Qualifications Required: - Candidate should have 12-18 years of experience. - Prior experience working in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Domain is essential.,
