Job Description

As a Product Owner Associate at Cognizant TriZetto, you will provide relevant business context for agile software development team(s) and capture the business requirements for functionality within the TriZetto product portfolio. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders and clients to understand the business value of client needs. You will be responsible for clearly articulating use cases and creating high-level designs with acceptance criteria to guide the Agile software development lifecycle. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in professional software product development, with at least 2 years of experience participating in scrum projects. You should also possess domain/product experience and be adept at documenting and elaborating on software requirements and specifications, including user stories and detailed specifications. Experience with full project lifecycles, from concept to delivery, is essential, as is proven expertise in managing large and complex software-as-a-service and service-based architecture cloud platform scrum projects. Familiarity with healthcare technology is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for this position, as you will be required to interact with a diverse, geographically dispersed group that includes executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Additionally, you should exhibit strong teamwork, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills. Your organization skills, creativity, and objective-oriented focus will be key to your success in this role. Overall, this position requires someone with excellent listening skills, the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and a preference for individuals with healthcare knowledge.,
