Serve as a bridge between Companies

customers business and development team

Responsible for understanding Companies

customers current challenges and validating

through research and data

Get input from the Business to develop and

deliver a solution to solve Companies

customers challenges

Work closely with a solution architect to

ensure that the solution capabilities meet the

needs of Companies customer

Independently own and drive the direction of

the assigned product and corresponding

capabilities

Effectively communicate and advocate the

product capability vision

Have the ability to quickly gain a deep

understanding of Companies end to end

business processes and how they relate to

technology

Manage the overall business requirements

process design documentation and

deliverables as listed below leveraging

enterprise practices and tools

o Use case data collection workbook contain all identified use cases with high level data

o Use case final value estimation workbook value of each identified use case

o Prioritized list of use cases

Leverage deep knowledge of the challenges impacting the customer experience including the technical functional process and policy considerations and creatively define solutions to those challenges inform and evangelize a strong customer focus and customer experience that aligns decision making.
