Job Description

The Product Owner will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and enhancing business operations by overseeing various aspects of product management, business analysis, communication, and software development. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that product development aligns with business objectives and delivers value to end-users. Key Responsibilities: Product Management: - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. - Prioritize product features and functionalities based on business value and user needs. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements. - Manage product backlog and ensure its prioritization. Business Analysis: - Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product decisions. - Develop business cases and ROI analyses for proposed product initiatives. Communication: - Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders, including development teams, executives, and customers. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment. - Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns. Software Development: - Collaborate with development teams to ensure that product features are implemented accurately and efficiently. - Provide guidance and support to development teams during the development process. - Participate in code reviews and testing activities.
