About the Role

Product Owner

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  
• Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
  
• Define and design product features with a focus on usability, scalability, and business impact.
  
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand SDLC and drive feature implementation.
  
• Work closely with developers on

  code generation tools, APIs, and automation-driven features

  .
• Partner with QA teams to ensure strong test automation coverage and high-quality releases.
  
• Translate business objectives into measurable KPIs and track product performance.
  
• Serve as the voice of the customer and represent the product vision across teams.
  
• Foster a startup mindset: iterate fast, learn quickly, and pivot when needed.
  

Requirements

• 48 years of experience as a

  Product Owner / Product Manager

  in a

  startup or product company

  .
• Proven ability to write effective

  user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria

  .
• Strong understanding of

  SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

  .
• Experience working with

  code generation tools, APIs, or developer-focused products

  is a plus.
• Familiarity with

  test automation frameworks and QA processes

  .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Hands-on experience with tools such as

  JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar

  .

Preferred Skills

• Background in

  engineering, computer science, or related technical field

  .
• Knowledge of modern development practices (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps).
  
• Prior experience in

  early-stage startups

  or building

  0–1 products

  .
• Certifications like

  CSPO/PSPO

  are a plus.
