Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Product Owner with 7 to 10 years of experience in Agile environments, preferably with SAFe Framework. The ideal candidate should have strong requirement gathering skills and excellent communication and negotiation abilities. This position is based in Bangalore (Hybrid).

Roles and Responsibility

Lead team scrums to define product vision, roadmap, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze needs and align product roadmap with strategic goals.
Work closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain product backlog.
Develop user stories and monitor/evaluate product progress at each stage of the process.
Utilize strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and basic management skills to influence stakeholders and team members.
Prioritize tasks effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's degree in Computer Science with 7 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 6 years as a Product Owner in an Agile environment with SAFe Agile experience.
Agile Scrum Certifications such as PSPO, CSPO, or Certified SAFe Product Manager.
Strong requirement gathering and Agile Scrum experience.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and team members.
Good prioritization skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Life Sciences Experience is a plus.
Knowledgeable and experienced in Agile/SAFe framework is preferred.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA.
Experienced in requirement gathering.
Good negotiation skills.
Proficient in prioritization skills.
