Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Product Owner with 6-22 years of experience in the field, based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong requirement gathering and Agile Scrum experience, as well as knowledge of the SAFe framework.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead team scrums to define product vision and roadmap, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project.
Develop user stories and monitor/evaluate product progress at each stage of the process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product decisions.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Job Requirements

Strong technical background with experience in eCommerce domain.
Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and basic management skills.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Plan view, and other Agile methodologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
Knowledge of the SAFe framework is required.
Must have a technical background.
eCommerce Domain exposure is a plus.
