Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Product Owner with 7-10 years of experience to lead our team in defining product vision, roadmap, and communicating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong requirement gathering skills, experience working with Agile/SAFe frameworks, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. This position is based in Bangalore (Hybrid).

Roles and Responsibility

Lead team scrums to define product vision, roadmap, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze needs and align product roadmap with strategic goals.
Work closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain product backlog.
Develop user stories and monitor/evaluate product progress at each stage of the process.
Utilize strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and basic management skills to influence stakeholders and team members.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's degree in Computer Science with 7 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 6 years as a Product Owner in an Agile environment with SAFe Agile experience.
Strong requirement gathering and Agile Scrum experience.
Experience developing Features/Epics/User Stories and monitoring/evaluating product progress.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and team members.
Good prioritization skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Life Sciences experience is a plus.
Knowledgeable and experienced in Agile/SAFe framework is preferred.
Knowledge of tools like JIRA etc.
Experienced in requirement gathering.
Good negotiation skills.
Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodology.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
