Role Overview As a Product Owner at Habilelabs, you will be responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, you will leverage your expertise to define the product vision, create detailed roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that align with business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into actionable features while ensuring the product meets market demands. Key Responsibilities - Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs. - Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring the development team has clear and actionable user stories. - Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and development teams, to gather requirements and validate solutions. - Feature Definition: Write clear and detailed product requirements, use cases, and user stories to guide the development process. - Release Planning: Plan and manage product releases, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates that align with the product roadmap. - Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities. - Performance Monitoring: Track product performance metrics, user feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and identify areas for improvement. - Sprint Planning & Execution: Collaborate with development teams to plan, execute, and review sprints, ensuring the delivery of high-quality features. - Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the product lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth product delivery. - User Experience: Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure a seamless user experience that meets the needs of the target audience. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or a similar role in product management. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies; Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or additional certifications in product management are a plus. - Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch. - Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence). - Experience with data-driven decision-making, including familiarity with analytics tools. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking. - Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
