Product Owner

You will be a part of the Deriviz team at Good Methods Global Inc, a global health-tech venture engineering CareStackTM - a practice management cloud platform for dental practices in the US. CareStackTM is designed to empower large dental groups by increasing productivity, minimizing costs, and improving patient dental care. As a Product Owner, your role will involve driving the vision, development, and delivery of intelligent platform features that enhance automation, insight, and efficiency for clients in the dental industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and communicate a strategic product vision and roadmap that aligns with market trends, dental industry needs, and CareStack objectives. - Translate customer and stakeholder feedback into actionable platform enhancements to solve real-world workflow challenges in dental practices. - Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure the roadmap drives measurable business impact. - Lead agile ceremonies for rapid, iterative development and seamless cross-functional delivery. - Collaborate across engineering, data science, UX, and business teams to design secure, scalable solutions supporting automation, analytics, and next-gen workflows. - Manage the release process and support rollout strategies, including platform enablement and go-to-market for new features. - Track adoption, gather stakeholder feedback, and iterate solutions using KPIs from user engagement, satisfaction, and business outcomes. - Champion client-centricity by balancing business priorities, technical feasibility, and the end-user experience. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in business, computer science, engineering, or similar discipline. - 3-5 years of product management or product ownership experience in SaaS, healthcare, or data platforms. - Technical fluency in data architecture, AI/ML, and/or cloud infrastructure is desirable. - Experience with agile methodologies and backlog management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas. - Experience collaborating with distributed, multi-disciplinary teams in a high-growth environment. **Preferred Skills:** - Prior exposure to healthcare, dental SaaS, automation, or AI solutions for enterprise platforms. - Strategic and data-driven approach to product development and release management. - Hands-on experience launching new platform features, rapid MVP delivery, and agile iteration cycles.
