Product Owner

Roles & Responsibilities:

• End-User Problem Definition: Identify and articulate platform opportunities that address pain points in product development and improve the end-user experience.
• User Personas: Gain a deep understanding of user personas, their business workflows, and pain points across a broad range of products within the organization.
• Requirement Gathering: Define and document technology platform requirements and user stories to ensure seamless communication and handoff to product teams.
• Backlog Management: Own the technology platform backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements for development squads.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Value Stream Leaders and Product Marketing teams to set strategic priorities and successfully launch technology platforms across a diverse range of products.
• Customer Advisory Councils: Support engagement with customer advisory councils, in partnership with Value Stream Product Owners, Value Stream Leaders, and Product Marketing teams, to gather feedback and insights.

Experience Requirement:

• 8 - 11 years of experience in product ownership or product management within technology or industrial sectors.
• Proven experience working with Firmware, IoT, or IIoT products.
• Hands-on experience defining product roadmaps, user stories, and backlog prioritization.
• Strong collaboration experience with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholders.
• Experience in gathering end-user requirements, conducting persona analysis, and translating business needs into actionable product features.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to customer engagement programs such as advisory councils or focus groups is a plus.
• Ability to align technology platform strategy with business goals and market requirements.
