Product Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Execution:

  Support daily product operations including astrologer onboarding, live sessions management, and user feedback coordination.

• Astro Content Management:

  Collaborate with astrologers and content teams to manage horoscopes, reports, and live session schedules. Ensure all astrological content aligns with AstroLive’s quality standards.

• Product Support:

  Work closely with the Product, Tech, and Customer Success teams to troubleshoot issues, streamline processes, and improve the end-user experience.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Track and analyze key operational metrics such as astrologer performance, user engagement, and session completion rates.

• Quality Assurance:

  Review and maintain the authenticity, accuracy, and timeliness of astrology-related features, reports, and recommendations on the platform.

• Cross-Functional Coordination:

  Collaborate with Product Managers to provide operational insights, user feedback, and suggestions for product improvements.

Requirements:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Astrology, Psychology, Management, or a related field.

• Experience:

  1–2 years of experience in Product Operations, Customer Success, or Content Operations preferably in astrology, spirituality, or wellness domains.

• Astrology Knowledge:

  Foundational understanding of astrology (e.g., birth charts, zodiac signs, planetary transits, etc.).

• Technical Skills:

  Familiarity with product tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, Notion, etc.) and analytics dashboards.

• Soft Skills:

  Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.

• Mindset:

  Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about astrology and user experience.
