Product Onboard Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Product Onboarding Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring new customers successfully adopt our product, experience a smooth onboarding journey, and achieve their desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Onboarding & Training
• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers.
• Create tailored onboarding plans based on customer needs and use cases.
• Customer Experience & Success
• Ensure a seamless handover from sales to customer success.
• Guide customers in product setup, configuration, and initial usage.
• Proactively identify adoption challenges and resolve them quickly.
• Collaboration & Communication
• Partner with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback.
• Collaborate with sales and account management to align on customer goals.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on onboarding progress.
• Develop onboarding resources, such as knowledge base articles, training videos, and best practice guides.
• Continuously improve onboarding processes to reduce time-to-value.
• Measure and report onboarding success metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
• 6 month to 1 years of experience in customer success, onboarding, product management, or a related role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
