About the Role

As a Product Merchandising Executive at Headphone Zone, you’ll be responsible for shaping the way customers discover and explore our products.

You’ll manage product listings, categories, pricing, and onsite catalog — ensuring that our website reflects our values of curation, quality, and excellence.

You’ll be helping customers explore, compare, and choose gear that helps them rediscover their music.

What You’ll Do

• Manage product listings — content, specs, pricing, availability — on Shopify
• Organise categories and collections to optimise product discovery
• Collaborate with Website and Marketing teams to ensure high-quality product pages
• Monitor product performance — identify trends and opportunities
• Manage product launches and catalog updates
• Track competitor pricing and positioning
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure accurate inventory
• Collaborate with website and marketing teams to optimise product visibility
• Use tools like Shopify, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, analytics tools

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in product merchandising, catalog management, or category management
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good understanding of product discovery and customer shopping behaviour
• A mindset aligned with our values: doing the right way, not the easy way; always learning and improving; taking ownership and responsibility; understanding that growth lies in discomfort; serving with grace and respect
• Interest in music and audio gear — so you can think like our customers
• Comfortable working with Shopify and catalog tools
• Based in Mumbai — this is a full-time, in-office role at our HQ in Andheri West
