Product Merchandiser

As a Merchandize Executive at Mojopanda Exim Pvt. Ltd, you will be responsible for various key functions to ensure the smooth operation of our green living brand dedicated to creating eco-conscious lifestyles through high-quality, sustainable products made from natural fibers. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the production teams to develop new products and samples - Act as the primary point of contact between buyers and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication regarding product specifications, approvals, and delivery schedules - Develop and manage Time and Action (T&A) Calendar to monitor the progress of orders, ensuring on-time delivery - Oversee the development of samples, including proto, fit, size set, and pre-production samples, ensuring buyer approvals are obtained promptly - Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) based on tech packs and coordinate with the sourcing team for timely procurement of fabrics, trims, and accessories - Research market trends and competitor products to ensure the company remains competitive - Analyse costs and manage budgets to maximize profitability - Monitor the production process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines. Conduct pre-production meetings to align all stakeholders - Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure products meet buyer specifications and standards - Manage the dispatch process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely shipment of goods - Track product performance and provide feedback for adjustments or improvements - Maintain comprehensive records of all communications, approvals, and production milestones - Provide regular reports on inventory, sales performance, and production status to management - Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inline and final inspections - Check that garments adhere to Tech Pack specifications and buyer requirements - Maintain records of inspection reports, testing, and approvals Qualifications Required: - 4-5 years of experience in a similar role - Knowledge of export house operations - Experience in dealing with non-woven goods - Proficiency in Machine Knitting and Hagg - Strong communication and coordination skills - Ability to analyze market trends and manage budgets effectively Join Mojopanda Exim Pvt.
