Product Marketing Specialist

You will play a crucial role in managing various Marketing sub-families, such as Product/Brand Marketing, by defining targeted customer segments and messaging. Your responsibilities will include developing marketing strategies and plans, analyzing markets to identify opportunities, and managing the product/brand P&L. Additionally, you will be involved in advertising & promotion, marketing research & analysis, and applying advanced knowledge in your field. As a Senior Professional (P3), you will manage projects independently with limited supervision, coach and review the work of lower-level professionals, and tackle difficult and sometimes complex problems. Your impact will be significant in product marketing, where you will plan Grid & Power Quality Solutions product & portfolio marketing activities. Collaborating with stakeholders globally, you will ensure the positioning of products & solutions in the market, drive competitive & market intelligence, lead product branding efforts, support sales enablement, manage events, and lead demand generation activities through multi-channel campaigns. You will be responsible for delivering actions on time and within budget, driving the adoption of innovative digital marketing tools, ensuring compliance with regulations, and working closely with the GPQSS Global Product Marketing Manager. Your background should include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or similar, along with 8-10 years of experience, ideally in a technology-based organization. You should have a good understanding of relevant markets, customers, competition, and capabilities, experience in driving digital marketing initiatives in the energy sector, and possess strong communication and customer-relationship-building skills. Fluency in English is a must.
