Description

Responsible for lead generation, website traffic, and SEO
Undertaken Competitive/Market Intelligence studies for competitor comparison, product positioning, content strategy, brand image, product roadmap, industry reports, total economic impact reports and business value reports
Responsible for website messaging and generated content for landing pages, ads (design & copy), blogs and whitepapers
Work closely with presales & sales for sales enablement: pitch decks, ROI reports, sales scripts, case studies, testimonials and sales playbooks
Own product adoption and user engagement executing end to end campaigns like Year in Reviews, milestone metrics, best practices, success stories, audits, in-product notifications, alerts and so on.
Undertaken brand strategy and communication exercises
Consumer behavior studies to understand product usage, uncover industry use cases, product industry fitment, user feedback, NPS, ICP/buyer persona and UX/UI studies.
