Responsibilities

Operate at the interface of Product Marketing Sales Teams

Lead the Sales and Success Enablement Functions wrt. content creation, dissemination, analysis and adoption

Lead the Analyst Relations Efforts to enable the best possible positioning for WebEngage in front of key strategic influencers

Interface with the content / video / design teams to ensure highest quality materials

Lead the training and education efforts for the customers / internal stakeholders in sales and success management

Lead a team of program managers to aid pre, in-pipeline and post sales engagement with Customers via Account Executives and Customer Success Managers

Requirements

5-8 years of total experience - post graduate / management education is helpful
Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS is ideal
Excellent Narrative Building Skills - reflected in content assets produced by the team
Team leader with exposure to Consumer Marketing / MarTech is ideal
Quick learner to get to the depth of nuances in the product offering / customer needs
Ability to switch between talking Technology and Business
Management Consultant + project manager to follow through various threads
