Product Marketing & Communication Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Product Marketing and Communication Manager to lead the promotion, positioning, and external communication of our product. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing influencer partnerships, coordinating with media, building community relationships, organizing promotional events, and driving product visibility across colleges, tech communities, and public platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

●     Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement.

●     Build and manage relationships with influencers, media partners, and tech community leaders.

●     Plan and organize product launch activities, promotional campaigns, hackathons, and community events.

●     Coordinate press releases, media communication, and public relations (PR) efforts.

●     Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and product positioning.

●     Engage with colleges and tech communities for manual outreach, product testing, and feedback collection.

●     Schedule and facilitate media interviews, influencer product reviews, and promotional events.

●     Monitor campaign performance, gather feedback, and suggest improvements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

●     Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

●     1-3 years of experience in product marketing, PR, community management, and influencer outreach.

●     Strong verbal and written communication skills.

●     Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including influencers, college representatives, and media partners.

●     Experience in planning events, hackathons, or community meetups is a plus.

●     Proactive, creative, and able to work independently.
