Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join one of our rapidly expanding B2B/SaaS portfolio companies. The ideal candidate should possess a solid technical background, have prior experience working with large enterprises, and be dedicated to providing exceptional value to customers. As a Product Manager, your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing the product roadmap in alignment with company objectives and customer requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver new product features and enhancements. Conducting thorough market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis will be essential for making informed product decisions. Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and working closely with the engineering team to ensure successful product development and deployment are also part of your role. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating business cases and proposals to support product initiatives and effectively communicating product plans and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior management and customers. The ideal candidate should have 2-7 years of experience in technical product management, with a preference for B2B SaaS expertise. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a distinguished engineering college in India is required. A technical background with knowledge of software development, data analytics, and cloud technologies is crucial. Proven experience in collaborating with large enterprises, understanding their needs, and addressing pain points is highly valued. Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills are essential, as well as solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and make well-informed decisions. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and product development lifecycle is advantageous. Nice to have qualifications include experience with speech analytics, AI, natural language processing, or related technologies. Knowledge of cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud would also be beneficial.,
