Product Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our Ad Supported Product. This role is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product development while working alongside experienced professionals in multiple cross-functional teams. You will contribute to defining product strategies, improving user experience, and driving key initiatives that support our WBD s vision. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying opportunities for product innovation and aligning initiatives with broader company goals. Support the development of product roadmaps and strategies based on market trends, user feedback, and business needs. Work closely with Ad Sales, Ad Tech, engineers, and other teams to define product requirements and contribute to the product development lifecycle. Analyze user behavior, product performance, and competitive trends to inform decision-making. Collaborate on usability studies, research, and data analysis to enhance platform features and user engagement. Assist in planning and executing product launches, tracking key performance metrics, and iterating on improvements. Communicate effectively across teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and priorities. Qualification Experience: 1-2 years of experience in product management, product design, or a related field. Bachelor s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline. Basic understanding of product development processes and experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into product decisions. Strong organisational and communication skills. A passion for streaming media and an interest in user experience, content discovery, and digital entertainment trends. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or similar). Experience conducting market research or analysing product data to support decision-making. Exposure to working with technical teams, understanding engineering concepts, and participating in product discussions. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and contribute creative solutions.
