Product Manager

Role & responsibilities:

PM - JD - Were seeking a highly motivated Product Manager who thrives on building from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments, passionate about creating intuitive user experiences and capable of driving both product strategy and execution. Youll own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and design through to development, go-to-market (GTM) execution and continuous iteration. Youll also serve as a key face of the product, creating flows, communicating value to clients and collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of product development from early discovery and validation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Define product vision and translate it into clear, actionable roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to build scalable, user-centric solutions from scratch.
• Partner with marketing, sales and customer success to ensure strong GTM plans and successful product adoption.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform positioning and differentiation.
• Create detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories and product flows.
• Build and present product walkthroughs and demos for internal stakeholders and client-facing engagements.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization in Agile/Scrum settings.
• Ensure timely delivery by aligning cross-functional stakeholders and removing roadblocks.
• Use analytics platforms to monitor product performance, gather insights, and inform iterative improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–8 years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
• Proven success in building and launching products from the ground up.
• Strong skills in defining product strategy, roadmaps, and leading GTM initiatives.
• Proficiency in creating product flows, wireframes and PRDs.
• Comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders, including clients and leadership teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma and product analytics platforms
• Technical literacy or hands-on familiarity with software development lifecycles is a strong plus.
