• Develop and execute comprehensive product roadmaps for travel technology solutions • Define product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities • Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the travel technology landscape • Identify emerging trends and opportunities in travel domain
**Product Development & Management**
• Own the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and optimization • Manage and prioritize product backlog ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals • Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, QA, and Operations • Collaborate with development teams in Agile/Scrum methodology for efficient delivery
• Leverage extensive knowledge of travel industry processes, GDS systems, and reservation platforms • Understand airline distribution, pricing models, and passenger service systems • Work with travel booking engines, inventory management, and revenue optimization tools • Navigate travel industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable product features • Represent product vision to senior executives and key stakeholders • Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and technology partners • Conduct client meetings and gather feedback on products and services
• Establish and track product success metrics and KPIs • Analyze user behavior, market trends, and product performance data • Generate regular reports on product usage, revenue impact, and customer satisfaction • Conduct A/B testing and user acceptance testing to optimize product features
• 8-12 years of product management experience in travel technology domain • Proven experience with Online Travel Agencies (OTA), GDS platforms, or travel booking systems • Hands-on experience with passenger reservation systems and travel distribution channels • Track record of successful product launches and revenue growth in travel sector
• Deep understanding of travel technology stack including GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) • Experience with travel APIs, XML integration, and booking engine technologies • Knowledge of airline systems, hotel aggregation platforms, and travel metasearch • Familiarity with payment gateways, fraud management, and travel-specific compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision making • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience in Agile development methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Rally) • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field • Experience with B2B and B2C travel solutions • Knowledge of revenue management, dynamic pricing, and yield optimization • Understanding of mobile travel applications and user experience design • Previous experience in travel startups or established travel companies
