Product Manager

You will be working with the Product & Systems team in Bengaluru. This team operates with a hustle mindset aiming to increase Exponent Energy's market share in Bengaluru and beyond, and facilitate the adoption of 15-minute rapid charging technology through their Flexible Energy Stack, comprising the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station). Role Overview: - As a Product Manager, you will lead the digital software stack, network intelligence tools, and customer experience solutions. Your role involves bridging technology, data, and customer-facing platforms to ensure a seamless Exponent ownership and network experience. Key Responsibilities: - Define product roadmaps for network intelligence, Customer Experience (CX) tools, and software services. - Utilize customer insights and data to enhance user experience across e^pump and connected apps. - Identify key metrics, strategize ways to enhance these metrics, and execute the plans. - Develop dashboards and alert systems for service teams to address field issues promptly and manage customer experience proactively. - Collaborate with marketing teams to craft appropriate communications for customers during feature changes or product launches. - Ensure cross-functional alignment across system engineering, software, and business teams. - Monitor KPIs such as network reliability, CX satisfaction, and uptime, driving continuous improvements. Requirements: - Customer-centric mindset with experience in product/CX roles within mass-market retail businesses, focusing on understanding customer needs and unspoken desires. - Proficiency in identifying relevant metrics for exceptional customer experience. - 5+ years of product management experience in software, network, or platform products, preferably in EV/energy tech. - Strong grasp of customer experience tools, data dashboarding, visualization, and actionability inferencing. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
