Product Manager - Supply Chain Finance

As the owner of the user experience across all products, your responsibility is to ensure seamless interactions and high customer satisfaction. You will drive digital penetration through initiatives that enhance online engagement, implement data collection processes to improve data quality and reduce Turnaround Time (TAT). It is crucial to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify product gaps, and generate innovative ideas to grow market share and enhance customer satisfaction. Staying updated on technological trends and incorporating them into product development is essential. Collaboration with the team at various stages of product development is necessary to ensure well-rounded solutions. Defining and analyzing performance metrics, preparing project status reports, and assessing feature success are part of your role. You will also conceptualize, implement, and lead technological advancement projects to enhance product offerings, client satisfaction, and reduce credit risk. Strict compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations, company processes, policies, and reporting systems is mandatory. Conducting thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product innovation, as well as continuously assessing competitor products and strategies to maintain a competitive edge, is vital. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to inform product enhancements and updates is also part of your duties. Developing and maintaining a clear product roadmap that aligns with business goals and market needs is crucial.
