Product Manager – Submersible Pumps & Motors

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare annual product roadmaps and profitability targets.- Product Development & Management

- Collaborate with R&D, design, and production teams to develop new models and improve existing ones.- Define product specifications, features, and performance benchmarks. Manage product life cycle from concept to discontinuation.

- Market Research & Analysis- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and pricing analysis. Identify new market opportunities and product gaps.

- Recommend product positioning and pricing strategies.

- Sales & Marketing Support- Provide technical support and product training to sales and marketing teams.

- Develop product literature, catalogues, and promotional materials.- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

- Performance Tracking & Reporting- Monitor product performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

- Generate periodic product performance reports for management review.

- Cross-Functional Coordination

- Ensure timely delivery of new product launches and updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

• Pumps & Motor : 5 years (Preferred)
• Product Knowledge: 10 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
