Job Requirements Role/Job Title : Product Manager – Rural Life Insurance Function/ Department : Rural Banking Job Purpose Will assist the Rural branches with his/her expertise in the assigned products and processes. Launch new products, conduct training and drive business ensuring top class customer satisfaction. Will be responsible for assisting Rural branches in all possible manner to acquire new customers and deepen the existing portfolio of the assigned products. Will run various drives across branches and will coordinate with various departments to get best possible solutions. Roles & Responsibilities Design and implement life Insurance Standard Operating Processes across Sales Channels. Liaise with different ops team for smooth process for Life Insurance products. Should be able to handle Rural Branches and scale the life insurance business. Channel Management and Sales support across rural distribution channels. Help set up Digital Integration on life Insurance selling process and well as train the teams. Launching new products as per the market requirements. Creating handy tools including offer letters, customer decks and other sales tool to support frontline. Run Campaigns, Marketing activities to boost business. Education Qualification Graduation: Any Graduation Post-graduation: Any Post-graduation Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience. Show more Show less
