Product Manager RMS & Surveillance

Gurgaon – Full time

risk management and market surveillance

Product Manager – RMS & Surveillance

What You’ll Work On:

Own the product roadmap for
real-time RMS systems
– margins, exposure, collateral, and order blocking.
Define
risk checks, circuit breakers, and surveillance triggers
aligned with SEBI and exchange norms.
Partner with compliance, RMS, and tech teams to implement
dynamic margining, collateral monitoring, and client-level risk controls
.
Build surveillance dashboards for
real-time anomaly detection, algo/risk abuse monitoring, and alerts
.
Automate reporting and risk controls in sync with
SEBI circulars and exchange mandates
.
Benchmark with industry best practices in
risk management and surveillance technology
.

What We’re Looking For:

3–6 years of RMS/product/compliance experience at a
broker, exchange, or trading fintech
.
Strong understanding of
margin frameworks, client risk monitoring, and RMS-OMS integration
.
Knowledge of
SEBI risk & surveillance guidelines
.
Experience building
risk monitoring dashboards or surveillance systems
.

Preferred Background:

RMS/Compliance/Product roles at
Indian brokers or exchanges
.
Hands-on exposure to
real-time risk monitoring tools and surveillance systems
.
Prior involvement in
margin policy implementation and SEBI audit readiness
.
