Key Responsibilities:

Define and own the CRM product roadmap and vision from 0 to 1.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams for delivery.
Lead discovery, research, and user feedback sessions.
Leverage AI/ML to enhance product experience.
Track metrics and continuously improve the product.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is experienced in 0-to-1 product development.
3+ years' experience with CRM products and tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
Strong understanding of CRM architecture and workflows.
Experience with AI-driven or data-led product features.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Background in FinTech or financial services will be an advantage
