Product Manager

Role Overview: As a member of the product team at Rippling, you will play a crucial role in steering the product direction to address customer challenges effectively, driving both customer success and business growth. Your responsibilities will include distilling insights from user research, product-generated data, and competitive analysis to prioritize features. Collaboration with design and engineering teams to develop a comprehensive roadmap and ensuring readiness for sales, service, and support post-feature development will be essential. Continuous iteration based on data and customer feedback will be conducted to exceed envisioned goals. Key Responsibilities: - Gain an in-depth understanding of the legal, compliance, operational, and regulatory requisites related to an employee's lifecycle and benefits in various countries. - Conduct market research and customer analysis to determine build requirements and prioritize them for each country. - Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to the success of countries and team, regardless of the scale of the issue. - Define product requirements, craft detailed specifications, user stories, and wireframes for development. - Engage in agile software development processes, collaborating with the engineering team for timely and budget-friendly product delivery. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, legal, and compliance, to facilitate successful product development and launch. - Engage with key stakeholders like customers, sales, marketing, and customer support to gather feedback and ensure alignment with requirements.
