Role Summary
You will be responsible for leading the development and management of our solar
financing products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams
including sales team and credit team to launch and optimize financing solutions that
meet the needs of our target market and drive business growth. This role requires
identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with principals/OEMs/EPCs as well
as business generation through various activities. Reports, updates, trends in the
industry and regular presentation to senior management is integral part of this job.
Job Description
1. Drive solar rooftop financing products pan India.
2. Define product features, pricing, and terms as per regional requirements.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences,
and competitive landscape.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, IT, Risk, Process
and finance, to gather insights and inputs for product implementation and
innovations.
5. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive adoption of solar rooftop financing
products among residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
6. Identify target segments, channels, and partnerships to maximize market reach
and penetration.
7. Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to
inform product strategy and positioning.
8. Keep a tap on seamless and user-friendly customer experience throughout the
financing process, from application to disbursement.
9. Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously improve
product features and service delivery.
10. Monitor portfolio performance and delinquency trends to identify early warning
signals and take proactive measures as needed.
11. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to
solar financing products
