Job Description Iksha Labs is looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building cutting-edge technology products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management, strategy development, and cross-functional team leadership. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and market adoption. Key Responsibilities Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities in alignment with business goals. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback collection to drive product improvements. Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirements. Define key performance metrics and ensure continuous monitoring and improvement. Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features, enhancements, and new product initiatives. Ensure seamless product launches by working with marketing and sales teams on go-to-market strategies. Drive innovation and process improvement across product development cycles. Requirements 7+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of handling successful product launches. Strong leadership experience with a history of managing and mentoring cross-functional teams. Deep understanding of AI, Mixed Reality, or SaaS products is a plus. Experience working with agile methodologies and product development frameworks. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in AI, healthcare, or enterprise tech products. Prior experience working in startups or high-growth companies.
