Key Responsibility:
New Product Planning:
Identify and evaluate new product opportunities or extensions to existing products based on market research, trends in Oncology care and competitive landscape
Brand planning from conceptualization to launch for new products including brand names, package designing, marketing collaterals, go to market strategy, Etc
Marketing and Promotion Planning:
Design and implement marketing campaigns targeted towards HCPs (including Oncologists, nurses,pharmacists, etc)
Develop promotional material, digital marketing strategies, and educational contents
Develop properties like ad-boards, CME programs, other educational programs targeted towards various target groupsSales Support & Training:
Collaborate with the Sales teams by providing product training, scientific information, marketing materials, to support sales efforts
Analyse Sales data, market feedback, and relevant performance metrices to adjust strategies and improve brand performance
Regularly travel in the field to meet key HCPs for first hand feedback and support to Sales teams
Coordinating with Sales teams to generate Rolling Sales Forecasts
Cross Functional Collaboration:
Serve as a point of contact for cross functional teams including medical, regulatory, purchase, procurement teams, etc
Work with external stake holders like KOLs, patient groups including PAP agencies, marketing agencies, etc.
Other important functions:
Support in Pricing evaluation and decisions
Maintaining and analysing data like patient trackers, secondary statements, etc
Qualifications:
Graduate / Post Graduate but BSC preferred.Role & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
• More than 4 to 9 years relevant experience in sales and marketing Skills
• Product Manager experience related to Oncology, Critical Care, Nephrology, Urology, Cardio-
Diabetes(therapies) Division
