– Follow up on leads and set up appointments for the sales team. – Generate new leads through cold calling. – Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills. – Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system. – Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.
– High school Diploma or equivalent.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills. – Ability to follow scripts and guidelines to deliver an effective sales pitch. – Basic computer knowledge for data entry. – Ability to build rapport with potential customers. – Organizational and time management skills.
