Skills:

• Joint solution design with Architecture/Engineering; define system flows, interfaces and reusable patterns.
• Produce high-quality artefacts: sequence diagrams, capability decks, API/DevPortal articles, product-guide inputs.
• Lead estimation/sizing with Architecture, Engineering and QA; slot stories into iterations and track delivery.
• Provide technical analysis to ensure business/functional requirements can be met; assess change impacts to existing processes.
• Run backlog grooming, review sessions of technical requirements and manage defect triage/resolution to closure.
• Ensure delivery quality across scalability, performance, re-use, operability and readiness for growth.
• Integrate business applications using Middleware and/or custom APIs/interfaces; map and manage data flows end to end.
• Define integration requirements; plan and execute multi-tier deployments with proper cutover and hypercare.
• Detail epics, features and stories; maintain a prioritized backlog; set measurable acceptance criteria and Definition of Done.
• Coordinate cross-squad plans, dependencies and risks; communicate progress and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Support implementation as SME for escalations; collaborate on UAT/OAT, release readiness and knowledge transfer.
• Apply Agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban); strong documentation discipline and pragmatic problem-solving.
• Experience with full-stack story elaboration (UI - APIs - data stores) is a plus; familiarity with CI/CD and observability helpful.
• Intermediate capability in project planning, tracking and execution; drive continuous improvement via retrospectives and metrics.
• Knowledge of

  ISO 20022/ISO 8583

  messaging standards is an advantage.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
