Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Manager - Pharmaceuticals based in Bengaluru. The Product Manager will oversee product lifecycle management, including market research, strategy development, and execution. Daily tasks involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing product launches, and monitoring product performance. The role also includes developing marketing strategies, competitor analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Experience

• 4-5 years of experience in product manager in Pharma industry or in the pharma sales field is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Market Research and Strategy Development skills
• Product Lifecycle Management, including Product Launch and Performance Monitoring experience
• Marketing Strategy Development and Competitor Analysis skills
• Strong understanding of Regulatory Standards and Compliance
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA or Professional Certification in Product Management is a plus
