Roles and Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategic brand plan

2. Ensuring timely delivery of campaign promotion deliverables

3. Racking and monitoring of progress of brand campaign

4. Adherence to brand objective and budgeted spends

5. Collaboration with sales team to up skill expertise on brand and strategy

6. Regular updates and tracking competition for marketing insight generation

7. Objective based market visit to interact with customers

Desired Candidate Profile

1. B. Pharma or B.sc and MBA in Marketing 4-6 yrs in Pharma Sales and Marketing out of 2-3 yrs as Assistant Product Manager/ Product Manager handling Dental Segment.

2. He/she should be creative, innovative & effective in man management. He /She should have good knowledge of Dental segment.

3. He /She should be good in launching new products and strengthening existing brands.

4. You should be goof in selection, training and development of PMT Members.
