Position Overview
We are seeking a highly meticulous and experienced Product Manager to join our Information Technology team in a business role The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Financial Services, AML, and Compliance, combined with extensive expertise in team management, project management, and business analysis This role requires a visionary leader who can bridge the gap between technology and business, driving innovation and process efficiency while ensuring compliance with industry standards
Key Responsibilities
Lead product development initiatives, focusing on IT solutions that address compliance, AML, and business process needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client needs Leverage expertise in AML, CDD, EDD, and KYC processes to design and improve product functionalities Conduct thorough analysis and investigations to support product features related to transaction monitoring, fraud prevention, and sanctions screening Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and work closely with stakeholders to address compliance issues Oversee the planning and execution of periodic reviews, L1 & L2 escalations, and suspicious activity reporting (SAR) Drive continuous improvement in product and process efficiencies by identifying opportunities and implementing solutions Act as a key liaison between internal teams (HR, Admin, Finance) and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration Lead and mentor teams, providing coaching and training to enhance functional and leadership capabilities

Preferred Qualifications
A minimum of 15 years of experience in Financial Services, with 8+ years in team management and 3+ years in project management Extensive knowledge of AML processes, compliance regulations, and monitoring techniques Hands-on experience in business analysis, process design, and regulatory reporting Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency Familiarity with IT systems and tools for business process automation and compliance management Why Join Us?
