Key Responsibilities: 2-3 years of product management experience, ideally in an MVP, SaaS, consumer app, or tech-driven company Collaborate with stakeholders to define product goals, success metrics, and roadmap priorities. Intend to work with long term in our company and grow along with the company. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and synthesize insights into multiple product requirements. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. Write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and maintain the product backlog in coordination with the head of product and clients. Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Support sprint planning, daily standups, and product demos in an Agile/Scrum environment. Analytical mindset with a passion for creating value through technology. Analyse product performance using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude to inform data-driven decisions. Coordinate go-to-market activities with sales, support, and marketing teams. Continuously identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. Exposure to user experience (UX) design principles. Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, or Notion. Preferably have certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
