Role Overview:

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the Loyalty & Rewards charter. This role is central to building meaningful and engaging reward experiences that drive user retention, repeat transactions, and lifetime value. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of user incentives with a strong product sense and analytical rigor. You will be responsible for designing and managing cashback programs, personalized offers, loyalty campaigns, and ensuring they align with business goals and financial health.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and improve the Rewards feature to make it easy and rewarding for users.
  • Work with marketing and merchants to launch rewards
  • Design next steps of the loyalty program like tiers, badges, or brand rewards.
  • Track how many users use rewards and how it impacts repeat usage and LTV
  • Run A/B tests and user research to make the program better
  • Ensure the reward system is fair, scalable, and supports Snapmint’s business

Qualifications:

  • Experience working at a company with 50M+ app downloads
  • 4–6 years in product management—preferably fintech, BNPL, payments, or loyalty programs
  • Strong analytics with a background in designing incentive-driven products
  • Experience executing loyalty/ cashback programs and running A/B experiments
  • Understanding of ecommerce & consumer journeys is a plus
  • A user-first mindset with the ability to translate insights into intuitive product flows
  • Excellent stakeholder management and roadmap planning skills

Location - Bangalore Work days - 5 days/ week
