Job Description

Required Qualifications

Experience: 47 years overall, with at least 3 years as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
Education: BE/BTech (Computer Science preferred) + MBA (or equivalent).
Proven background in software product management, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Strong skills in product roadmapping, requirement analysis, and delivery management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication with both business and technical teams.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Good documentation and requirement translation skills.

Nice to Have

Understanding of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) or other system integration methods.
Knowledge of transportation, supply chain, or freight brokerage domains.
Exposure to business intelligence tools and integration platforms (Mulesoft, Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, etc.).
