Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the
product roadmap
aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Translate
AI and analytics-driven insights
into innovative product features and enhancements.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to understand customer requirements and feedback.
Conduct
market research and competitor analysis
to keep products ahead in the SaaS space.
Create clear
product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Monitor product performance, adoption, and usage metrics to guide improvements.
Act as the
voice of the customer
, ensuring Locobuzz delivers intuitive and impactful solutions.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Good years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS / B2B technology company.
Strong understanding of
AI, machine learning, analytics, or social listening platforms.
Proven track record of
end-to-end product management
(roadmap, requirements, delivery, launch).
Excellent
analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Good to Have

Prior experience in
social listening, digital customer experience, or Martech products.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Jira, Figma, or similar.
Understanding of modern UI/UX best practices.
