Product Manager - Lead

We re looking for three Product Managers to lead the next phase of growth for a flagship mobile title, scaling the business ten fold. The product currently generates 8 figures US$ in revenue and is growing sustainably. We need a Lead, Senior and Mid Level Product manager with FTP experience.

What You ll Do

• Own a core product area and drive delivery of the product roadmap
• Partner with designers, engineers, artists, and analysts to build and optimize gameplay and monetization features
• Use player insights, data analysis, and market trends to inform product decisions
• Balance monetization, engagement, and long-term player retention
• Lead both in-app purchase and ad monetization strategies
• Track competitor titles and industry trends to identify growth opportunities

What We re Looking For

• 4-10+ years of product management experience in B2C products (gaming or consumer tech preferred)
• Strong intuition for player behavior and motivation
• Data-driven decision-maker with solid analytical skills
• Passion for video games and player-centric experiences
• Excellent prioritization, ownership, and execution skills
• Self-starter comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Startup or social platform experience is a plus
