Product Manager-KCC

Role Overview: As a Product Manager-KCC at IDFC First Bank in Mumbai within the Business Banking unit of Retail Banking, your main responsibility will be to scale up the KCC business. You will achieve this by implementing strategies to expand existing products, channels, segments, and customer base while delivering banking needs to customers in the most cost-efficient and technology-effective manner. Your role includes building teams, systems, processes, and a culture conducive to scale and consistent delivery. Collaboration with various teams such as Retail Product Head, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, and BIU will be crucial. Your ultimate goal is to provide a seamless and fulfilling customer experience to establish IDFC First as the primary bank for all banking needs. Key Responsibilities: - Guide distribution of KCC business to achieve volume scale-up targets - Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to enhance customer penetration through digital channels - Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key dealers, OEMs, and channel/product partners to expand the portfolio's reach - Monitor portfolio performance and quality regularly, providing recommendations for improvement to Product and Sales teams - Assist the Product team in the KCC category to offer unique solutions and drive business growth - Work with the business analytics team to identify cross-selling opportunities - Propose process enhancements to boost service efficiency and quality in the assigned area - Suggest improvements in processes and policies across Retail Banking for operational efficiencies and top-notch customer service - Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders to leverage in-house synergies Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities: - Recruit and retain top talent for key roles within your reporting structure Qualification Required: - Graduate in any field - Post Graduate in any field Additional Details: N/A,
