Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager with 2 to 12 years of experience to deliver end-to-end project results to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent people management skills and the ability to handle big teams, as well as strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, conflict resolution, collaboration, negotiation, and cross-cultural support skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Deliver end-to-end project results to stakeholders.
Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements.
Identify and resolve issues by meeting with project team members.
Submit project deliverables and ensure they adhere to quality standards.
Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing project information.
Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in project management.
Excellent people management skills and the ability to handle big teams.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, conflict resolution, collaboration, negotiation, and cross-cultural support skills.
Experience in Agile methodologies and project management methodology.
Understanding of stakeholders and RACI matrix concept.
Ability to manage offshore teams and possess transition experience.
Externally and internally certified (optional).
