Role Overview: As a Product Manager 1 in the Delivery Partner Product team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the driver app experience. Your responsibilities will involve defining the delivery partner journey, improving engagement and trust, and contributing to making Swiggy a more driver-friendly platform. Your work will directly impact the lives of numerous delivery partners nationwide. Key Responsibilities: - Own and enhance the end-to-end delivery partner order experience, from assignment to drop. - Identify key engagement and retention opportunities for driver partners and implement experiments to drive the desired metrics. - Collaborate with various teams to establish trust at scale with driver partners through feedback mechanisms, governance frameworks, and clear communication. - Develop and implement cross-business line features catering to partners on food delivery, hyperlocal delivery, and other verticals. - Make data-informed product decisions using qualitative feedback, metrics, and operational insights. - Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, operations, and business teams to deliver scalable products. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience as a product manager, preferably in consumer apps, growth, or logistics/supply chain. - Ability to think from first principles and deeply understand user behavior, particularly for a blue-collar audience. - Strong execution mindset, capable of managing ambiguity, driving alignment, and ensuring fast delivery. - Analytical orientation with familiarity in data tools like SQL or dashboards considered a plus. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Additional Details: Experience working on gig worker or blue-collar platforms, exposure to driver, delivery, or operations-focused apps, and prior involvement in trust, safety, or governance-related initiatives are considered bonus points for this role.,
